Everything we do is guided by the idea of an iceberg: what you see on the surface is only a small part of the whole story. Real growth happens beneath;the unseen attitudes, beliefs, and values that shape who a girl becomes.
Our curriculum is designed with this in mind. It was developed by Rev. Dr. Sahaya Selvam, a counseling psychologist and Catholic priest who specializes in youth development. When your daughter joins the camp, she receives a thoughtfully designed workbook that covers the core areas every young lady needs to grow from within.
Some of the key themes include:
- 1. Relationships
- 2. Self-awareness and self-management
- 3. Finances
- 4. Creating and running a home
- 5. Peer pressure, drugs and social media
- 6. Mental health
Values are caught, not just taught. That’s why we’re intentional about who walks alongside your daughters during the program. Our mentors don’t just speak about character—they live it. They model the attitudes, integrity, and grace that the girls can look up to and grow into.
As part of the program, we create intentional moments for parents and daughters to reconnect in meaningful ways. These shared experiences open doors for bonding, conversation, and memories that strengthen the relationship beyond the camp.

We also honor this important milestone with a graduation ceremony—an uplifting moment that celebrates the girls as they step into a new season of womanhood. It’s our way of officially welcoming the new ladies in town.
